Linggu Temple of Nanking

The Linggu Pagoda, being an addition to the Buddhist temple complex, was built in the late of 1920s as a memorial for the soldiers who had died in the national revolution.

Inside the pagoda a spiral staircase of 252 steps winds to the top through the nine stories.
